About Us

We are not your typical architecture firm. We are designers, developers, craftsman, listeners, and people who are dedicated to community. Founder, Cody Newman and his wife, Caitlynn Newman own two historic buildings in downtown Battle Creek, Michigan and the development company, Restore (269). They have been through the ups and downs of development and construction projects and are here to help you through the process. Whether you are a seasoned developer or you are looking to take on renovating your house, we will work closely with you to create the project of your dreams on your budget, and provide clear communication throughout the process.
